How much do Chaturbate tokens cost? Packs, prices and what a token buys

Chaturbate tokens cost between about 8 and 14 cents each, depending on the pack: the smallest pack is 50 tokens for $6.99 and the largest is 1,000 tokens for $79.99. Whatever you paid, a broadcaster receives 5 cents for every token you send them.

Everything listed on JustTheCams is free to watch, and you never need a token to open a room. The rooms stream from Chaturbate's network, and tokens are its currency. They exist for one reason: putting money in front of a broadcaster, whether that is a tip in the public room, a private show, or a spy seat on someone else's private. Token packs and prices

Tokens are sold in fixed packs on Chaturbate's own purchase page, never here. The price per token drops as the pack gets bigger, which is the whole logic of the larger packs: you are not buying more of anything except a better rate.

Those seven are the whole list, checked against the purchase page on 7 September 2026. It is worth saying plainly, because guides that quote a range starting at 11 cents have usually stopped at the three packs shown first and never opened "more packages" — which means they miss the 50-token pack entirely. That is the one a first purchase most often lands on, and at about 14 cents a token it is the worst rate on the page.

The "bonus" percentage the purchase page prints next to the bigger packs is measured against the 100-token price: 200 tokens for $20.99 is 5 percent more tokens than that money would buy at the 100-pack rate, and the 1,000 pack is 37 percent more. Put plainly, the largest pack costs 27 percent less per token than the 100 pack, and 43 percent less than the 50 pack. If you know you will spend tokens more than once, the 400 pack is the first one under 10 cents, the 550 pack is the middle of the range, and 1,000 is the best rate on offer.

What a token is worth to the performer

The number that makes the rest of this page make sense: a broadcaster receives 5 cents for every token you send them, whatever pack you bought it in. The difference between that and what you paid is the network's share, which covers the streaming, the payment processing and the fraud checks.

So a 100-token tip is five dollars in the performer's account. A 1,000-token private show is fifty. When a room's goal says "500 tokens", the broadcaster is working toward twenty-five dollars. Keep the 5-cent figure in your head and every number in a room converts instantly.

What things cost in tokens

Broadcasters set their own prices for everything beyond a plain tip, and they vary widely. These are the ranges you will actually meet.

• Tips. Any amount from 1 token up. Most rooms show a tip menu listing what a given amount gets, typically starting around 10 to 25 tokens for a small request and running into the hundreds for bigger ones. A tip is public: the room sees it, and the broadcaster usually reacts to it.
• Goals. A target the room is working toward, shown on the room card here on JustTheCams as well as in the room itself. Every tip in the public room counts toward it, and the reward happens when it is reached. Goals are the cheapest way to take part, because you are pooling with everyone else watching.
• Private shows. Billed per minute at a rate the broadcaster sets. The network groups rooms into bands of 6, 12 to 18, 30 to 42, 60 to 72, and 90 or more tokens a minute. Most broadcasters also set a minimum number of minutes, so a 30-token-a-minute room with a 5-minute minimum costs at least 150 tokens before you start.
• Spy shows. Watching someone else's private without taking part, at a lower per-minute rate the broadcaster chooses. Not every room allows it.
• Ticket shows. A group show with a fixed ticket price, usually somewhere between 50 and 500 tokens. Everyone who buys a ticket watches; nobody else does.
• Media. Many broadcasters sell photo sets and clips from inside their room for a fixed token price.

If you want the arithmetic: a 550-token pack at $49.99 puts a token at 9 cents. A ten-minute private at 30 tokens a minute is 300 tokens, which is 27 dollars of that pack. A 50-token tip is four and a half dollars.

Two things the calculator makes obvious. The cheapest way to buy an amount is often not the smallest pack that covers it: 300 tokens is a 200 pack plus a 100 pack for $31.98, not the 400 pack for $39.99. And the gap between the best and worst rate is real money on a private show: an hour at 60 tokens a minute is 3,600 tokens, which is $287.96 at the 1,000-pack rate and $503.28 at the 50-pack rate.

Token packs, Auto Refill and memberships

A token pack does not require a monthly membership. Choose an amount for the tips or shows you actually want, and check the total before paying; you do not need to buy the biggest pack to start.

Check Auto Refill before you buy. It is an optional credit-card setting, separate from a monthly membership. When enabled, it buys another token pack using your saved payment method when your balance falls to 10% of the configured pack or lower. For example, a 100-token refill can trigger at 10 tokens remaining. You can turn it off in your account settings if you want to approve each purchase yourself. The network does offer a monthly membership at $19.95, listed at the top of the same purchase page, and it comes with 200 tokens; whether that allowance repeats every month is set out on the purchase page itself, so read it there before counting on it. On tokens alone the first month is a fraction cheaper than the 200 pack, and the membership adds the things that are not tokens: no ads, private messaging and the option to tip without your name showing to other viewers. The catch is the word monthly. It renews until you cancel it, so it only beats a pack if you want those features month after month. You do not need it to buy or spend tokens.

Buying tokens happens on the network's purchase page, which you reach through the Get tokens link here. You need a free account first; if you already have one, sign in on the network before buying. Available payment methods vary by location, so use the options and final price shown in your checkout rather than assuming every method is available everywhere. Review any Auto Refill option before confirming payment.

The name on your statement depends on the payment processor you choose. Check the billing label in your checkout and keep the receipt rather than relying on one universal descriptor.
